Delegate North America are very happy to announce the second successful go-live with Trinity Health. Mercy Health Muskegon (1500 E Sherman Boulevard Muskegon, Michigan 49444,)  went live with the Delegate Patients Service application on Tuesday July 16th 2019.

Located near the shores of Lake Michigan, Mercy Health Muskegon is a regional referral hospital system for the West Michigan lakeshore area, serving Muskegon, Mason, Ottawa, Oceana and Newaygo county residents. The Delegate Delivery Logistics module is an integral part of the operation, leading to an increased Patient Satisfaction score, whilst the Room Service style of ordering helps to reduce food waste. In other facilities we have seen around a 30% reduction in food waste!
