The tool will be used by Food Service leaders to support the process of identifying, assessing, managing and auditing the risk of food allergies in Food Service. Another great example of how the industry works hard to deliver safe and nutritious meals to patients.

As always, an interesting day spent learning about the great work and contributions of our Food Service colleagues, and valuable time catching up with clients and fellow exhibitors.
